Hi, I’m Brandi,
Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My love for it started when I was sixteen and received my first camera—a classic Pentax K-1000 film camera. From that moment on, my friends and family became my willing (and sometimes slightly adventurous) subjects. I was always asking them to climb on rocks, wander through fields, or try something a little unexpected just to capture the perfect photo.
That curiosity turned into a lifelong passion. I went on to study photography and art in college, spending hours in the darkroom learning how light, timing, and emotion can come together to tell a story. Early in my career I even worked in one of those old-school one-hour photo labs, which eventually led to managing more than 70 labs for a regional company. Photography has truly been woven through every chapter of my life.
Today, what inspires me most are seniors, families, and the beauty of natural outdoor light. There’s something magical about watching sunlight dance across a field while kids are laughing, running, and just being themselves. I love quietly observing the little moments between parents and children—the hand squeezes, the inside jokes, the way families connect when they forget the camera is even there. Being invited into those moments is something I never take for granted.
I love photographing high-school seniors. It is such a meaningful and exciting season of life-right on the edge of everything that comes next. I enjoy helping seniors celebrate who they are at this pivotal moment, capturing their personality, confidence and individuality before they head off into their next adventure.
At home, I’m lucky to have my own wonderful crew cheering me on—my husband, our two daughters Claire and Grace, and my stepson Nathan. Being a mom is one of the greatest joys of my life, and my family is a constant reminder of why preserving these memories matters so much.
When we work together, my goal is simple: create a relaxed, fun experience where your family can be yourselves. We’ll explore the outdoors, chase beautiful light, and capture the genuine moments that make your family uniquely yours.
Those are the memories worth keeping forever.
