This is probably the ultimate fall session. We have fall color in the background and the family did a great job of picking those incredible warm colors for clothing. This was just a perfect, crisp fall evening with that wonderful warm autumn golden light!
We had a beautiful crisp, late fall night for this session. The days in Cincinnati just seem to stay warmer later in the year versus when I was a little girl here. Believe, me I am not complaining. This gives me a chance to take family photos now into November. This is a perfect example of how you can use red in a portrait session without letting it overpower the image. Love this sweet Mama and her wonderful husband and 3 sweet boys.
What can I say about sessions with these super fun, energetic kiddos. I look forward to photographing them each fall as they grow and change especially as their family just welcomed a baby girl. They are full of personality and keep me on my toes at each session with their sweet energetic spirits. We had the most beautiful evening for this early fall session with that warm golden sunlight.
I have photographed this sweet family for 4 years and each year the sessions are totally different. We had a stunning fall evening during that beautiful golden hour. I love how the closeness of this family shows in their gallery.
What a beautiful evening with the sweetest twin sisters, their mom and families. There is nothing like laughs and fun with cousins especially when you live in different cities. Some of my best childhood memories were time spent with my cousins.
This was yet another very warm fall evening and we had the opportunity to get that magical golden hour light. This fun family has had a long year so it was wonderful for them to take time to enjoy each other and I was priveledged to be able to capture it for them. Ault Park is always beautiful at any time of the day, but especially on a quiet Monday night at sunset.
This was an extremely warm evening here in Cincinnati for this session. It is always fun to capture a family at their own home especially when they are on the backdrop of a forest. This session took place right before sunset so we got that very beautiful, golden hour light.
The Little Miami is one of my favorite spots for a family session. My family had a session there several years ago and it is still one of my favorites. There is just something magical about the rocks and flowing water. This sweet family and their super happy kiddos made this evening really special.
This awesome Mom does the best job styling her family for a photo session. I can’t imagine anyone else pulling off this edgy, rock theme but them. We dodged the rain on this early fall evening to have just an incredibly fun session.
What can I say about this sweet little girl. She is totally adorable and a bundle of energy just like all 2 year old little ones. This beautiful family is expecting a new little bundle of joy in the winter.
I have been photographing this beautiful family for several years and they are near and dear to my heart. These four are some of the most photogenic and cooperative children that I am blessed to capture each year.
One of the things I love about family photography is watching the children grow and change each year. These 3 beautiful children are growing up too fast!
This sweet family came out on a beautiful and very warm summer night for the longer, Family Creative Session.
Such a beautiful night with this lovely family at Ault Park.
A super cute wine restaurant opened in Terrace Park with an incredible menu, wine selection and setting opened in the spring of 2017!
Lots of spring rain kept delaying this fun family session in May. We finally got a warm sunny day and the showers certainly made the beautiful green grass and trees stand out in this sweet family session.
I have been lucky enough to capture this sweet family of 3 for two years in a row and cannot wait to meet their new little bundle of joy. Their sweet boy and his big blue eyes along with his sweet smile capture my heart every time. This is also one of my favorite Dads to photograph because he is actually excited to have a photo session which is rare for the Dads!
This is the first time I have had the pleasure to photograph this beautiful family. These 3 had me cracking up with their fun personalities and lively poses. They are a super busy family, so I am so glad we were able to take the time for our session. We dodged the rain by starting just a little bit early and ended up with beautiful spring light.
I am so excited about the fact that there are so many women getting into photography. I see so many stories of new moms getting their first digital SLR cameras and then turning it into a career. The energy in the industry is so much fun and the work coming out of it is so creative. My story is a little bit different. I fell in love with photography around my 16th birthday when I received my first manual film camera. My little sister Lauren was born just 2 weeks after my that birthday so she was the subject of so many of my pictures in the following years. As you can imagine it was so much fun to come back and spend some time photographing the beautiful woman she has become. She really was my first inspiration, my first muse on this journey of photography.
This is one of my favorite families to photograph because they are not only gorgeous, but good friends too! What can I say about these two beautiful girls, but they are super photogenic and enthusiastic in front of the camera. We strolled around OTR on this beautiful summer night, chatted, laughed and topped it off with ice cream from Graeters which made these two girls very happy.
